☯️ Mindful Yin Yoga Special 

Monday 19th May | 6-7.05pm | Newquay Community Orchard

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses that are held for 3 to 5 mins each. Yin supports increasing flexibility in the tissues of the body and is deeply soothing for your nervous system. 

(Instead of usual Tuesday class this week)
