In this class we flow steadily and mindfully through a series of poses to create greater strength and flexibility in the body, and greater calm and ease in the mind.

Where is Newquay Orchard?
Newquay Orchard is in the heart of Newquay, Cornwall. Yoga classes are held in the Kowel Gwenen building (The Bee Hive) in the beautiful function space which in the daytime is the home of the gorgeous plant filled Heart and Soul Cafe.
Where can I park?
Parking for Newquay Orchard is outside Newquay Sports Centre (free). To get to The Beehive follow the signs to The Canteen through the Orchard. It's a beautiful short walk and make sure to leave 5 minutes to walk from your car. There is plenty of parking too.
