Those with some previous meditation practice such as: ➡️ You have attended a mindfulness meditation course with a qualified instructor such as Finding Peace, MBSR, MBCT, MBCT-L. OR ➡️ You have had a regular personal meditation practice for at least 6 weeks. OR ➡️ You have attended silent meditation retreats in the past.

In the monthly sessions there will be a theme of focus, seasonal mindful movement based on qigong and/or yoga, stiller meditations and group discussion around the theme and how practice is going. You will be invited to go into breakout rooms in groups of 2/3 at times to share about your practice reflections as well as sharing in the whole group space.
These sessions will be part mindful movement and part stiller meditation and the practice part of the session is 45mins long. There will also be a chance to stay and reflect on how the session was and ask any questions (this part will not be recorded). You can join these live each Wednesday lunchtimes at 11.45am-12.30pm with a choice to stay until 12.45pm if you want to join some reflections/dissussion OR you can watch the session recorded via the mindful practice library.
The recordings will be accessible via the free Wix Fit app that you can download onto your phone or tablet for super easy video access. You will also be able to access the videos by logging into my website members area if you want to watch on a computer or laptop.
The live sessions will all be joined via Zoom and you will be sent the link for the sessions via email before the session starts.
The seasonal 4 hour practice sessions (dates tbc) will be a chance to deepen your practice through 4 hours of continuous practice. There will be a gentle encouragement to be silent during the session if that is possible in the context of your life but don't worry if not.
We will begin with an opening circle where there will be change to talk and connect with each other and set intentions, then to let go of talking as best you can and drop into practice. We will flow between mindful movement, mindful walking and stiller practices. This is a chance to put down everyday responsibilities and rest into being mode. More instructions for the day will be shared with you before each session.
These sessions will not be recorded so please join live if you can.
No you absolutely don't have to attend every live session - they will all be recorded (other than the 4hour silent practice sessions). I would really encourage you to attend the monthly 1.5hour circles on the first Monday of each month though as there will be a chance to connect with the group in small groups.
There is a community group page where you will be invited to introduce yourself when you first join the community and there will be weekly reflective question posts you are invited to comment on. It can be really supportive to others to share the delights, discoveries and challenges of your practice. This is not a space for unsolicited advice giving, sharing traumatic or very personal experiences.
