A day of therapeutic yoga, meditation, compassion practices and delicious food held in a beautiful cliff top yurt looking out over the ocean to celebrate the longest day of the year.
A rejuvinating reset in the midst of a busy time time of year.
What's involved...
🔄 Relaxed group opening and closing circle to share intentions and reflections (optional to share - you can sit back and listen too).
🧘♀️ Morning mindful flow yoga for the heart, breath practices and meditation.
🥗 Delicious healthy salad box lunch from Sabzi in Newquay.
🌼 Summer yin yoga, breath practices and meditation.
☀️ Seasonally themed day sharing principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Summer, which includes nourishing the heart and small intestine meridians (energy pathways) and a emotional focus on connection and compassion for self and others.
💗 Safely held trauma informed sessions.
🍰 Tasty vegan cake and tea.


Who is this for?
☀️ This day is for anyone looking for a therapeutic and rejuvinating way to celebrate the mid point of the year in a stunning natural setting.
☀️ You don't have to have practiced yoga or meditation before as we there will be lots of options to suit different levels in the yoga sessions.
☀️ Anyone wanting to recover from burnout or learn about ways to prevent it.

About your hosts...
Sharon O'Sullivan
Physiotherapist and Yoga Therapist
Sharon is an NHS advanced practice orthopaedic physiotherapist (HCPC/CSP registered) and her extensive training includes yoga therapy, trauma-informed yin yoga, clinical pilates, yoga nidra, massage, acupunture and myofascial release.
She specialises in burnout recovery and prevention and teaches from her own long-standing yoga and meditation practice.
She is also an all round Irish legend and brings down-to-earth lightness and humour to all of her sessions.
Katie Austin
Mindfulness and Yoga Teacher
Katie has 10+ years of yoga teaching experience, specialising in seasonal yoga, restorative yoga and qigong.
She brings mindfulness into all of her sessions and trained as a mindfulness teacher over 6 years with Bangor University. She specialises in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses.
Her personal practice deeply informs her teaching and she has a friendly, warm and inclusive teaching style.

We understand plans can change, if you cancel a week before the event you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within a week before the event no refund will be given unless we can find someone to take your spot.
