Learn how mindfulness can support creating greater peace and ease in your life with a relaxed evening of meditation, mindful movement, community and tasty vegan cake and tea.
Why join?
🧘 You want to reconnect with a sense of peace and ease within you through some mindful movement and meditation.
🤔 You are curious about how mindfulness can support your health and wellbeing and want to find out more and give it a go.
📖 🎧 You have tried mindfulness with books and apps and have experiences benefits and want to experience some in-person meditation with a group and teacher.
👥 You have been practicing mindfulness for a while and want to re-inspire your practice or connect with practice in community.
🍰 You really love cake mainly and some meditation sounds fun too.


What's the evening include?
🧘 Mindfulness myth busting - what mindfulness is and what it isn't.
🍫 Chocolate eating meditation (if chocolate doesn't float your boat we can find you something else.)
🌀 Mindful movement - very gentle and can be done in a chair and suitable for those with limited mobility.
😌 A grounding stiller mindfulness practice.
🗣️ Group reflection, connection and time for questions (no pressure to speak in the group, you are welcome to sit back and listen).
🧁 Tasty vegan cake, tea and chats at the end.
About the venue
The event will be held in the beautiful Sprout Health Food Shop in the centre of Newquay.
There is some road parking surrounding the shop and a big carpark 5minutes walk away.
There are no steps to get into the venue and the shop has a toilet.
