What's included?
🌀 Weekly online mindful movement (Based on yoga and chi kung) and meditation sessions.

⏰ The live session times will be at 7-8pm on Thursdays for first 6 weeks and then will change each week (first session 10th July.)
🧘🏽 Weekly practice suggestions and journalling prompts.

🏠 The first 6 weeks introduces the foundational mindfulness practices of anchoring, the body scan, breath, sounds and thoughts and working with difficulties.
🤿 After first 6 weeks we will dive into a deeper seasonal mindfulness theme for 6 weeks for example compassion practices.

P.S. If you are experiencing intense mental health difficulties or life challenges this probably isn’t the right fit for you at this time so please be in touch to ask if you aren’t sure.
