Finding Calm in the Chaos
Mindful movement + meditation workshop
Thursday 3rd July | 7-8pm
Live on Zoom. Recording available until 9th July.
Free.
(Rescheduled from original date as I wasn't well and needed to rest.)
Why join?
🧐 You are curious about how mindfulness can help you find more peace in the midst of a full life.
💫 You want to re-inspire your mindfulness practice.
😌 You want a moment of calm to reconnect with your body and inner voice of wisdom.
The session includes:
❇️ Intention setting.
🌀 Mindful movement.
🧘🏽 Mindfulness meditation.
💬 Teacher-led practice reflection (no need to share - it can be just as powerful to simply listen)
🌱 Who is this for?
This workshop is open to beginners and those who have practiced before.
🪑 Accessibility
The movement can be done in a chair and will be suitable for those who are pregnant, postpartum or with limited mobility.
❓ Who is this not for?
If you are experiencing intense mental health difficulties right now, this style of container may not be right for you (especially if you are new to mindfulness), I would advise getting the okay from a mental health professional before joining.
This is your invitation to come find a pocket of rest, calm and reflection in the midst of the fullness of Summer.
